• If the product is pre-order based and the customer has made an advance payment, the refund will be processed as follows:
• For payments made via Bkash, the refund will be transferred to the same Bkash number provided by the customer.
• For payments made via credit card or debit card, the refund will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in the account.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
• Refunds will not be provided for size issues if the customer ordered the wrong size.
